When Luis came out to fix my heat initially, it worked and then my heater broke again in February. I put a claim in to my home warranty company and called him and he said he would pick up the work order and could be out on Monday but if we wanted him to come earlier than that, we would need to pay him $165 for the overtime. My home warranty company was upset that I did that but I have a 4 year old and needed heat. Long story short, he tried to change the thermostat (wasn’t the problem), he tried to change fuses but they weren’t the issue and then he said it was the wiring within my walls and my warranty wouldn’t cover it and would cost us $900 out of pocket. My gut told me to get a second opinion and thank god I did. I hired another local company who said it was something completely different, covered by my warranty. Heat and AC now work and my warranty company will now reimburse me. Never again.

THANK YOU, BUILD-IT CONSTRUCTION, FOR COMING TO THE RESCUE! When my furnace stopped working, my home warranty company first assigned another company which I rejected. Then thankfully they re-assigned Build-it Construction to my job. Louis called me the same evening, listened to my dilemma and told me he would be there the next morning. He arrived promptly. He was, professional, thorough, knowledgeable, honest, and prepared to get the job done! My family and I are grateful for the quick and great service in repairing to problem. Looking forward to doing business again with you in the future, and will definitely recommend you to others.

I am sadden to see all the bad reviews for such a good company. As a consumer I rely on reviews to help me make better choices in who I hire. I am so glad I took a chance on these guys. The gentleman who came out was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I had been having issues with my heater all winter long and thought it would need to be replaced. The technician came out and told me that my unit was clogged and needed to be cleaned. Meanwhile, I had several other companies come out and had my flame sensor and igniter replaced, I even had a tune up done as recommended by the previous companies and nothing solved the issue. To find out that I needed maintenance cleaning done was very upsetting because the months of me suffering without heat could’ve been avoided. Thank you Build-it for coming out and fixing the issue. I am looking forward to doing business with you guys on the future!

This was a horrible and unprofessional experience. Person who showed up refused to further evaluate a non-working A/C unless I agreed to change freon on the unit, which cost thousands of dollars. When I disagreed, tech got short, rude, and abruptly left without completing evaluation service. I did a second referral, who evaluated unit thoroughly and stated the freon was not the issue and would have only cost us money without fixing the problem. customers beware and do no trust this company

I would recommend Build-it Construction Company to any of my friends or family members!!!  I called the company when my
  heater stopped working.  The serviceman asked me a few questions about my heater and told me he would be at my  house within 25    minutes.   He checked my heater and took the time to explain to me what was wrong with it.  He had to replace some parts,
  but after that, he proceeded to clean my heater and  then clean the area around it.     

  The next day I received a phone call from the company inquiring about the heater, making sure everything was ok , and was told if
   if I had any questions or concerns, to give them a call. 

  Build-it Construction  Company handled this job in a very professional way  and takes much pride in their company!  

  I will DEFINITELY call this company again!

I am 6'4" and weight 250 lbs. I am big and not thin, but I can get to my attic to access the blower with minimal effort. This contractor couldn't get in the attic for the reasons he explains. I would kind of accept it if I hadn't multiple companies worked in the past with my air conditioner and have gotten to the attic! When I bought this house I visited many many houses and many of these had similar access.

Bottom line, I've had other companies doing the work with no problem.

On top of everything, as rude as it can get.

He called me to complain about my review. So I have corrected it to include the facts.
