The primary nature of AES consists of indoor air quality inspection, sampling & testing services. WE DO NOT PERFORM ANY TYPE OF REMEDIATION SERVICE AS THAT IS A CONFLICT OF INTEREST FOR ANY COMPANY TO PERFORM MULTIPLE SERVICES. AES does not benefit financially by magnifying the problem in order to increase profits. AES uses only certified technicians who are completely licensed and insured to perform investigations & testing. We will provide our customers the most intensive inspections and reporting necessary to meet the criteria for a safe indoor environment. AES will conduct every inspection personally and can produce fast, accurate reports in a minimal amount of time. AES employs only the finest quality locally based independent laboratories for analysis. AES will supply the answers needed to solve any indoor air quality issue & provide recommendations for treatment and/or remediation. Owner operated. No subcontractors. Murray arrived when he stated.  Gave me a full description of what he was going to do.  He then took the water sample and 2 soil samples.  He sent the report within a few days of completion of testing. If I ever need a water/soil test again, would definitely contact again.

Murray Snyder takes his work very seriously.  He was able to come out in short order, and processed the lab samples quickly.   I'm very confident in his scientific background and experience, and the results he provided me gives me peace of mind that my remediation work was performed satisfactorily.  I would recommend him to anyone needing impartial no-nonsense professional analysis and remediation testing.

We had a very positive experience with them. He was very prompt, very responsive, very thorough, reasonable, and we thought he had a lot of integrity in what he was doing. The price was reasonable for mold testing. I hope to never use him again because he was doing clearance from a massive mold infestation but if I had to use him again I'd definitely would. I had recommended him before to other people that had mold issues.

Called and the guy was very rude on the phone. I was shopping around for pricing and when he gave me a price, I said thank you. He hung up on me without saying anything further.

"We have no idea who this person is and we never performed any work for this individual. As far as our pricing is concerned, we have a set price to do an assessment and the only additional fees would be for any samples taken that involve forwarding to a certified lab for analysis. Obviously this person may have called and was offended by our pricing. We are not the 299.00 rip off service, just trying to step you up when we arrive at your location, telling you need to spend more money! You get what you pay for in this world and our pricing is in line with the competition who share the same credentials and years of expert service in the field of Indoor Air Quality. We are Microbiologists and not pump jockeys! Furthermore, we only offer one (1) service and do not wear multiple hats like most others in our field who are just out to get their foot in the door to make a large sale. I advise prospective clients to be aware of the pump jockey operations out there and look for a true professional in our business to spend all the time necessary to solve your indoor air quality concerns. We contacted Murray (AES) and scheduled an appointment for samples to be taken. He came out as scheduled to perform services. He was very informative and made recommendations on mitigation strategies. Over all it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend to a friend or family!

The service turned out well. They were very prompt and they came when they said they would. They delivered the report when they said and it was very extensive. They gave remediation recommendations on the mold as well.

The professional showed up at the designated time and completed the survey. The results were prepared professionally and were returned a bit later than anticipated due to the resignation of the inspector prior to the report completion. A manager did call me to explain and to complete the report. The followup was appreciated. The report was professionally done. The only complaint I have is that they charge by the sample and the inspector took more samples than I had anticipated and hence the cost was about $ 400 higher than I had planned. I do recommend this company for future use and i would also use them if needed.

Murray and his assistant were on time and went right to work.  They performed the tests needed to see if there was mold in my home or around the home.  Murray called me in a few days to say that all looked ok but the real determination would be the lab results.  Murray called in another few days to say all looked good and he would develop a written report and send it to me.  There were suggestions he recommended for outside of the home of which I am currently addressing.  Report was received in about two weeks.  Very thorough report with lab test results in the report as well.  I was very satisfied with his work.

I didn’t like the fact that he took forever to give me the evaluation.  He gave me a verbal estimate promptly, but the remediation company wanted to look into the written report so that they know how to charge me for the work, which took long.  They were good, but very busy and pretty expensive.  They came right away, but getting the report was tough.  They were professional, but I may not use them in future.

"In regards to the price charged for this project and the amount of work completed, we are well within the range that other Industrial Hygienists charge for this type of work. The client was also presented with a discount and that was not mentioned. Regarding the written report, it is not unusual for some reports to take up to ten (10) working days to complete, depending on how many projects and reports have to be completed at any given time. Generally, reports are completed before the ten days, however, that would also depend on the critical nature of the project. Should there ever be a need for an immediate work plan response, A.E.S. can provide that plan directly to the restoration contractor or client as quickly as needed, if requested."

The job went fine. That was my first time with that kind of experience. They were pleasant, nice and answered my questions. It seemed awful expensive, but I can't compare it to anything else. They have kept up with communication with us since the service call and that has been nice. I have no idea what this kind of work - to bring out diagnostic equipment and the work they had to do - entails, but they seemed reasonably knowledgeable about what they were doing and had experience in doing this. They seemed to have expertise in this area. The only complaint I had was that they were expensive but I have no other experience to compare them to. I would be more careful as to whether this testing is necessary. It was pretty intensive and hard to know if it is needed.

We had a positive experience working with Murray. We had concerns about mold in our home and he provided a very honest evaluation prior to conducting the tests and even mentioned that given what he observed the tests may not be necessary. We decided to proceed with the tests for our peace of mind. A few weeks after his visit we received a well-written, thorough report that confirmed that we do not have any air quality concerns in our home.

We had some mold removed and the person who came out did a followup testing to make sure that everything was okay. He was very informative and professional. We felt like he was doing a good job. I would ask others to go ahead and use their services. If need be, then I would use their services again.

Professional, expert and very helpful.
