They cancelled 20 minutes prior to appointment. Changed my whole day around and took off from work

They responded immediately and suggested that I try to deal with it myself. They gave me specific instructions. In the end, I was not able to do it myself so they helped. The service proceeded exactly the way that they said it would. It required a few trips for them (and me) to be sure that moles were irradiated. I would happily employ them again for any pest problem that I might have in the future.

Advanced Termite got the job done! We had ants in our kitchen and cabinets. No matter how much I cleaned, they came back. Advanced Termite came out and put a gel which attracted the ants (it got worse before it got better) and gave me instructions on how long to leave it. I followed the instructions (and was nervous they were not working) and the ants were gone in the time frame given and have not been back. It has been 2 months and we are still ant free!

He came on time, sprayed and treated the inside and outside as needed. After about 2 days, I've only seen one ant, which is a good sign. The gentleman said to call him back if I see any ants in about 1 week. So far so good. He was very knowledgeable and also took a look at a few other questions I had. He noticed I had mouse droppings in my partially finished basement and suggested I put traps in certain area's before I close up the ceiling. He offered them, however, I had my own traps in the garage.

Rick from Advanced Pest Control came twice to our house to get rid of mice. He did a fantastic job and recommended additional techniques we could use to keep the mice out. We live in the woods and field mice get in through cracks in the basement. Rick was very respectful, courteous, and professional. He was extremely attentive to good hygiene and sanitary practices. He didn't touch the door knobs when he was wearing gloves. He put shoe booties on when he was in the house. I was worried because mice carry diseases and I didn't want him to touch any part of the house with gloves on that he had also potentially touched dead mice with. All in all, he was very attentive to making sure that he didn't contaminate anything and was very respectful of my worries. He got rid of all the dead mice and has set up a system to capture anymore that might try to get in. Rick was very knowledgeable and really did a thorough job.

The tech, Rick, was super professional, on time, great availability (was able to see us before work at 7a). He educated us on what was going on with our fence. We had thought the nest was a carpenter bee nest, and we had wood damage, he talked to us about what termites and what carpenter bees would look like and the damage that they would cause. 
He talked to us about what he was going to do, and offered us suggestions about what they could do in the future for packages and such to help and do preventive care.
Afterwards I called with a question about the spray used, and they had him (the actual tech) call me within the hour to help me with my question about the spray. 
I cannot say enough about the professionalism, promptness and the best part the ants and nest is gone!
We will definitely use them again in the future.

Frank removed both nests, which he said had been vacated by the mud daubers, quickly. I was extremely impressed at his quick response and resolution to the problem. I would definitely call him in the future for exterminator needs.

Work was completed yesterday and went very well. Guys arrived on time despite an overnight ice storm. They were very professional and courteous throughout the process. My entire crawlspace was treated for mold removal. I also had them install a large dehumidifier in the crawlspace and seal any opening that could allow air/moisture into that area.

Initially, when other companies came in, they did nothing for my ant problem. After these people came, I never saw an any again, and most other insects weren't around for the summer.

We have had a couple technicians from Advanced Termite and Pest control come out to do work.  All of the tech's are extremely friendly and personable.  They explain everything in great detail.  We have also met Frank Stavola the owner and he is a super friendly and honest guy.  He explained to me how the mice would get into the crawl space and walked me through the preventive measures of what his team does to keep them away.  Since we have started with Advanced Termite we have not had any mice.  I would definitely use them again.

The inspection was good and saved me from purchasing a housed that was not structurally correct.

Their punctuality stood out about them. After they did the service, they promised that we would get the guarantee. I had to remind them by phone that they had not provided that. I will absolutely use them again.

Was fast and Rick was very knowledgable.
