The technician was great. He called ahead of his arrival to let me know he was on the way. He introduced himself, inspected the area where I wanted the ceiling fans installed, he inspected the new in box fans, then asked what side/color I wanted for each room. He was done with both installations in less than an hour and half. I appreciated that he walked me through the process.
