This company is just to get as much money out of you as possible without giving good service and when try to resolve issue, owner is extremely rude and did not care! Same work finally got done by other company for 1/10 th of price. Stay away from money hungry and non caring company.

They had the best price of the quotes I got and they showed up on time and got the job done.

In the am we had an issue with one of our sprinkler zones not working. Jim the senior tech came later in the day and resolved the issue. He was nice, courteous, and very professional. Extremely happy with their service and would recommended to anyone.

This was the easiest home project I have ever had one appointment three separate payments grass has never looked better everybody that worked for this company could not have been nicer

Had several estimates and was able to negotiate a price match for my install. The work was finished in a day & plumbing was installed a few days ahead. They took care of the permit too. I am very satisfied with them and would recommend to anyone looking to have sprinklers installed. I also added the WiFi so I can control sprinklers from my phone.

Having trusted with this company for more than 5 years (irrigation system installation, annual maintenance and repair), I m deeply disappointed in the recent drop in customer service quality. When a technician visited my residence this April, I was charged for service that was unauthorized and the company refused to waive the charges. My established customer loyalty has been taken advantage of, and I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere for service. I have cancelled my contract and will be looking for a company I can trust.

Tyler was fantastic to work with and truly appreciated his honestly on whether upgrades were needed or not to my sprinkler system. Many companies will tell you there is a problem just to up sell you when there is no issue. Not with Royal Irrigation.

The conversation about the project was very professional, and Ed provided the quote right away. They kept me up to date on the steps needed to complete the job (plumbing and sprinkler install), and the people were on time and pleasant. They workers were efficient and work proceeded quickly. When the installation was complete they spent time telling me how the system worked.

I was never told that they only accept cash or check, and have never heard of that policy before. Their prices are high and they are not customer oriented. Wouldn t use them again.

I had to replace sprinkler heads, fix 2 leaks, as well as other hard maintenance. But, I liked them so much I took their service contract.

Ed is a real stand-up guy. Royal was the second to contact me yet the first to make the appointment on time. This is truly Expert Service. He aced this project. Grass is greener than ever. Had an issue with one sprinkler head many months after completion of the job. They fixed it swiftly at no charge. Highly Professional and Highly Recommended. They also service you after installation with winter shut-down service and spring startup. THESE ARE THE GUYS TO GO WITH. PERIOD!

The customer service response is very good. The technicians need some improvement in attitude and customer understanding. The service fees seem a tad high.

Great experience with Royal Irrigation. Immediate phone response by Warren who set up appt. to meet with me. He was prompt, informative regarding every detail of job and very willing to meet the needs of our project. Contract was fully explained in detail with all questions answered. Office is well organized and Lisa was great in managing all communications to us. Crew was very professional with installation, cleanup, and instructions on use of sprinkler system. Bad weather was an issue and caused some delays but I was informed at all times and project was completed as soon as weather allowed. Warren worked in cooperation with our landscaping company who were hired for sod installation. They were able to synchronize the projects so all would go smoothly for us. We couldn't be happier with the result. It is so refreshing to hire a contractor who actually communicates regularly, runs a professional, organized office, keeps appointments, has a great crew and finishes a job when promised! Great company-highly recommend them! Update- we needed a review on operating instructions for timer. Called office and Dana contacted technician Chuck who was at our house within an hour. Answered all timer questions, and demonstrated how to use it. These guys just keep on impressing us! Great customer service.

The technicians are excellent, very polite and they always show up on time. The customer service is great. I highly recommend this company.
