Clock Repair
After three months I still do not have my clock components back. The clock was initially serviced but a new part was required. The new part was faulty and a replacement ordered. Installation was set up and cancelled. Owner Michael Robbiani is not returning calls.

Michael returned my call immediately. He explained his service in detail so that I knew what to expect. He scheduled an appointment within the week. He called in advance of his arrival. He arrived on time. He removed the workings of the clock. He did the repairs in his workshop and returned with them approx. a week later (as he had promised). You can tell by his demeaner that he doesn't just work on clocks, he is an artist that loves what he does. He educated us on the care of the clock. I can not say enough positive things about Michael and his service.
