I went to the showroom. picked out stone. I brought in a rough sketch. I was told it would take a week which was ideal as I wanted to have the bathroom ready for Thanksgiving. That did not happen. It took about a week of relentless calling to get someone over to do the template. It then took more tireless calling to find out when they would do the install. In the end it was over a month and I missed Thanksgiving. On the Monday after Thanksgiving I called to cancel the order but the granite was ready. I wish I had cancelled earlier. The granite looks good and they were on-time and professional during the install but overall it was a terrible experience.
