"The owner of our company, Scott Bellone, went to the member's apartment to review the installation and the project was completed according to our contract. The member referred us to his family and we had the opportunity to provide a proposal for a home theater in his parents' home. Unfortunately, the member didn't take the opportunity to express his dissatisfaction in detail to give our company an opportunity to provide service. The member had commented that he felt we were over priced and we remained flexible to provide him the services he requested at his price point. We encourage our customers to provide us with feedback so that we can further customize our customers' systems if they've changed their minds and want to change a system from what was originally proposed. We find that constant communication throughout the duration of a project produces the best result for our customers. It is unfortunate that the member was unhappy with the final product. This is not a typical circumstance for HES. We take extreme pride in providing service, listening to our customers and providing them with the systems they envision for their homes."
