Got Trash?

Phone service was pleasant and responsive.. Called back to let me know when they would come, called to let me know they were coming. So far, excellent service. When the two men came to do the job they stood there negatively shaking their heads, complaining that they couldn't take the cinderblock (I ha d told the dispatcher that I had cinderblock, and gave him an accurate idea of how much there would be) the whole experience with the two men doing the job was unpleasant... it felt like they were making a bigger deal of the whole job to hike the price, which felt completely arbitrary. As I was negotiating with one of the workers, the other one stood there shaking his head as if he didn't want to do me this favor. After we finally settled on a price. (they actually quoted me $75 higher than other estimates I had gotten) He started complaining to me that he already had a hot tub on his truck. At this point I was disgusted and responded that what was on his truck was not my issue. He retorted that he didn't like my attitude. I reiterated my attitude by not leaving a tip (something I would never normally do).
All in all they did a fine job of picking up what was asked of them, and the price was what I had been quoted by others, but I didn't like the whole experience, and would not use them again.

They arrived when they said they would, for estimate and work. Performed the job with no interruption to us, and cleaned up all debris, nails, etc. It was spotless when they left. I would recommend this company, who was also approved by the township zoning board.

I am moving soon and wanted to get rid of as much clutter and debris as possible. I live in a second floor apartment and am unable to carry multiple bags of trash or heavy items down the stairs by myself. I have used Got Trash on two other occasions prior to this over the past few years and have been happy with the service and the price every time.

I called their office to set up a time and was pleasantly surprised to learn that they work on Sundays as well as all of the other days of the week. I needed an appointment within a couple of days and they accommodated my request.

The guys were running late, but they called me a couple of times en route to keep me posted as to their ETA. It honestly wasn't a problem since I needed a little extra time to finish getting things together for them. When they arrived, they came upstairs and took a look at what I needed them to take away and gave me an estimate that I thought was very reasonable.

As soon as I gave the okay, they started taking things downstairs and loading them onto their truck. I only had about a quarter of a truck's worth of stuff, so it didn't take too long. I think it was about 20 minutes from the time they arrived to the time they left.

Between the first and second times I used this company, I had another (similarly named) company in to do the same job and I was not happy with the end result (they left items that I had asked them to take and they rushed through the job and caused me to forget to tell them about other items I wanted to get rid of). So after that experience, I went back to Got Trash? and have used them twice since then (and will use them in the future whenever I need their services).

I called a couple of days after Hurricane Irene passed through, and Got Trash responded immediately and scheduled an appointment to come out two days after I called. The three-man crew arrived in a dumpster truck exactly on time and worked like a whirlwind to take a lot of heavy, nasty, wet garbage out of my basement. They completed the job approx. 75 minutes after they arrived. I consider the price they charged me very rreasonable. They were professional, courteous, and thorough. I would certainly hire them again for any waste removal or clean-up project.
