Garrity's Heating & Cooling Service

I called our Condo office and they recommended Garrity. He came over on time, but was shorthanded due to the Hurricane. So, he brought his daughter with him. He found that we were missing a part, so he installed it and fixed some pipes. He vented the plastic piping through a window in the crawlspace, which looked a bit odd since everyone else's piping comes out near the unit. I called him that evening and he explained that this was perfectly acceptable. I think I insulted him since he never responded to my requests for information on a contract (for maintenance). I called my Condo folks, who came out to review the work and said that the way he did this was acceptable. However, they felt it was a bit sloppy. At that point, I decided to call A.J. Perri, Inc. They were the ones that got the contract for new $13,000 heating/cooling unit.

This was a reschedule from the previous Sat when he had a faulty oxygen sensor on his spectrometer. He could have easily performed the maintenance without me being any wiser but was upfront about having to come back. Called before he arrived to give me approximate arrival time. He got into the guts of the system on the second visit, efficiency of the system and tuned what he needed to. Took his shoes off too. Very knowledgeable regarding the equipment, personable and easy to work with will answer any questions. Mark and his brother owns this this business, its a small family business.
