Outstanding. Highly recommended. I am going to use him for a bathroom remodel. He is a very personable and professional. His pricing is a little more, but it is a custom work. I wanted a wow kitchen, and I got it. You pay for what you get.

It was with great trepidation that I began the process of interviewing contractors to make a selection for my home renovations. Of course, I heard all the stories, and nightmare scenarios and was not looking forward to this task. I spoke to Mr. Avila, Exclusive Design Contracting, and felt he was someone I could work with. He had a website, photos and was the only one of the contractors to offer some concrete ideas that even included money saving ideas. From the time we started the project, it was a positive experience. The workmen were on time daily. Mr. Avila was there to check on the work and plan the work to be done that day. The men were craftsmen, polite and clean - there was no mess to deal with at the end of the day. Whenever I had a question and had to call, he would answer the call immediately or very soon after (one contractor I spoke with had a ringing cell phone he never looked at or answered - I wouldn't want to be his client). I can honestly say that I will recommend Mr. Avila to anyone, at anytime for any job. My home renovations are incredible and I am very happy!
