COMPLETE SECURITY SYSTEMS INC

My family has been a customer of CSS for over ten years. We have used their camera security systems and gate security systems. We recently moved away from the camera security products due to better pricing elsewhere. We recently encountered an issue with our gate after a recent storm. The gate will not open or close at all with any electronic input - you have to physically maneuver the doors yourself. We called the company to service the gate. They indicated that we did not have a service contract. We asked them what they would charge to fix the malfunction outside of a contract, and they declined to provide any service at all. There were three days of communications including phone calls and emails to try and obtain service on our gate. A company salesperson wrote in an email, “ I understand you have called for gate service. While we appreciate your request we humbly decline. Having lost your business at the office we no longer need to continue our business together.” We discussed the alarming content of the email with a manager who said she would get back to us, and never heard anything more. I have never encountered a business who refuses to service a product due to loss of a completely unrelated contract. The email clearly states that CSS won’t service our gate because we had separate business with them that ended. We are truly disappointed with the integrity of this business, and with the response of the company to our concerns.

Complete Security Systems Incorporated lives up to their name. They were very prompt and called immediately when we had the break-in. The police were notified as well. Everything was done very efficiently and professionally. They are very good. We pay a quarterly fee.

Complete Security Systems, Incorporated, makes us feel safe. We know that their response time is very fast. I remember that they were very thorough and prompt when we had the system installed. They have us connected to the fire department and the police station. They offer a very good, effective service. We pay them monthly.
