"Hi Member - Very glad we were able to successfully locate the sewer line and clean out plug. Thanks for the great review."
"With all due respect, based on your review you have little or no knowledge of private utility locating, it's inherent costs, responsibilities & liabilities. To give us a poor review because of our service price is completely unfair. We are in fact only 1 of a very few companies that specialize in this field in the tr-state area utilizing the latest technology (very expensive technology) available today and are very competitively priced. And your assessment of the job taking only a half hour is based on what?? It takes at least that long to assess the entire situation and then set up the proper equipment in order to begin the locating process. What about travel time to and from the job along with gas and tolls? We have built and maintained an impeccable reputation based on honesty and integrity and aim to exceed our clients expectations on every job we perform regardless of it's size or location. We have performed our services on a wide range of projects from the smallest residential renovation to locating and mapping on some of the highest levels of government and military locations. I'm sorry that you felt our price was WAY too high for you but I don't believe you have anything to compare that to. Just because you called a company a couple of states away for a quote doesn't mean you made an "apples to apples" comparison. Our prices are very fair for the work that we perform and the responsibility we undertake when performing a utility markout. A small mistake in what we do can cause severe injury or lives to be lost. Taking on that responsibility along with the expense of our technology carries a significant cost which is why we charge what we do. Please do your research and educate yourself on what it takes to do what we do and those costs involved and then maybe you'll understand why we quoted you $800.00 for our services."
