I later had a gas leak. When the inspector came out, he found that the leak was coming from the stove; however, during the inspection he discovered that the tankless hot water heater wasn't installed to code. The inspector "red-tagged" it, meaning that I cannot sell or rent it to anyone until it has been fixed. When I called Jimmy Justo back he avoided my calls. When he did finally call me back he said that he would come out to meet me, but he never showed. After repeated attempts, I ended up having someone else fix it.
