very flexible with scheduling the work.
He explained all my options, provided a digital estimate per email and was quick in getting back to me.
He is super professional and very clean. Don also requested and picked up the necessary permits from the town.

Don did an excellent job as usual. Our basement slop sink had a very noisy pump and had a pipe-vent that blocked one side of it. The whole sink area looked so messy and the sink was a little to small. Don knew of and recommended a pump that was very quiet and a sink that was much bigger than what we had. The sink also came with a pull-out faucet. We really love the sink, the pull-out and the quieter pump. The installation was impeccable and Don was able to fix the mangled mess of pipes that was there. The area looks so nice and clean and the whole system works so well now. We wouldn't have known about all of this if not for Don. He also replaced our kitchen faucet during this visit. This particular install would have been difficult for most, but Don did a wonderful job. We have used Don several times and really trust him. We know he will do an excellent job and would never try to rip us off like some other plumbers have done in the past.
