All work done well, thoroughly and for the promised price. Scheduling took a little longer than expected but it wasn’t a rush. They were forthright about incident with a power line but it didn’t cause any ongoing problem.

They are excellent. I always found them reasonable. They are very thorough.

We really liked them. They gave us some options in terms of how much they could trim and there was no pressure. They did the work while we were out of town and everything looks good.

We had some really difficulties with them with interpreting our instructions and so forth. They were supposed to cut down one of our trees and they cut down our neighbor’s beautiful Japanese maple. That was really bad. Their prices were reasonable. They always blame things on things like Sandy or Irene in getting behind and so forth. You could never depend on them to do the work that they originally agreed to do.

Due to Hurricane Sandy I needed a huge oak tree pruned and cleaned up and a stump removed from another huge tree knocked down and a few other things.  They were very good and did a great job, I would use again.  Their responsiveness was excellent.

The process when very smoothly without any drama.

Our property has many ornamental trees and planting that overhang or abutt our one story structure.  The home's previous owner recommended Maplewood Tree Experts and we called them to do some work.  Bob came and walked the property with me and took time to follow up with a detailed quote and call.  They did a great job and worked with us to do what we needed to preserve the existing trees and keep the house safe from falling branches.  Their crew were very polite and friendly.

They were good and very professional.

The first part of the job was completed as promised in an efficient and orderly manner.  However, that is the last positive comment I can make about Maplewood Tree.

I understand that it was a very busy season due to the two severe storms, however Maplewood Tree had promised to complete the job this winter and despite numerous phone calls, has not responded to my requests to return.  I contacted them in Jan, Feb and again last week and have heard nothing further.

As of today, I hired another contractor who completed the job for me at a very fair price which actually included more work at the same price quoted by Maplewood Tree.

I strongly advise any customer to be wary of this company.

I liked the way they handled themselves.  They came and introduced themselves and explained the problems.  The work they did was really good.  They were very professional.  I will use them again.

My interaction with them was good. The guy came out and told me everything they needed to do. They didn’t do any more or less than they felt necessary even when I asked questions. They are knowledgeable. Their price was good. I would use them again in the future.

They are very reliable, dependable and pleasant to work with. They come when they are supposed to and are easy to talk with. They always call before they spray; if we have pets or kids around, it is not an issue. They are a very solid company. We don?t have to haggle with them, but I know that I can get providers who are much less expensive. However, we stick with them because they are dependable; in fact, we have a contract with them for spraying.

We have an ongoing relationship with them. They do exactly what they say they are going to do when they are here. I think their prices are average and we have been very satisfied with them.

They are reliable and provide excellent quality of service.

Everything was done perfectly. They are really good. They were neat and removed all of the debris before leaving. They were on time and answered all of our questions before starting. I was pleased with the service. The tree was causing a problem and they fixed it in no time.
