Services were fine the first few years, but then about 3 years ago he raised his prices significantly and and I started having problems with communication. It's rare when I call the office that nyone answers the hone. I can't tell you how many times I have called the office, left a message and NEVER received a call back or any acknowledgement of my call. This is a real problem because I'm not usually home when his guys come so phone calling is the only way I have of asking for something to be done or to discuss a problem. Even if you are home when his guys come, they don't speak English well enough to ask them to do something. Last year I asked one of them to cut my front hedges 1 foot back from the house. He ended up cutting all 4 sides of my hedges a foot and ruined my front landscaping. When I called to complain again no response.2 winters ago, I amazingly reached him by phone and told him that I would need him to come to remove snow at my house by 8 am during the week because I work at a hospital and I have to get out to work on time. He said he would but never came on time and I ended up having to remove snow myself or beg my neighbors to help so I could get to work.Overall, serivces are pricey and not great. The lack of response to any communication is maddening. Not worth pursuing. I am glad to have found someone else to do my lawn
