the job went relatively well, they arrive within 20 minutes of the scheduled time. there was a crew of 4 men, they stared at the top, there are two floors, some with hard to reach windows. the supervisor catch a couple of mistakes that were made and corrected them on the spot. i would definitely use them again.

Cintron Ali and Thomas came to clean 5 rather difficult windows that had not been washed on the outside in many years. They were very friendly, thorough and flexible. My windows have bars, so they had to clean between the windows and the bars. Some of the windows are pretty high and face a narrow alley, so to clean them, Thomas had to climb a ladder and fit into a very narrow space. Those windows also had some paint and oxidation -- I did not want to use harsh chemicals, but he managed to get most of the paint off anyway.
They used a drop cloth indoors, so my rug didn't get dirty. They also helped me put up a curtain rod I couldn't reach.
When they finished, the windows looked amazing!

We bought the
Groupon and got what we paid for, discounted window cleaning!! Yes, they did
clean both the inside and outsides of every window in our house, but they were
not all see through clean, some had streaks.
Also, they were supposed to come back and clean the screens, and that
never happened.

I purchased an Amazonlocal deal for this window washing. The deal was for 4 hours of window washing.
After leaving 2 messages, I got someone live the 3rd time and was able to schedule an appointment. They were good about getting me in for when I requested an appointment. I was asked to call back on the day of service to finalize the time. When I called back, he did not even have me on the list for that day and could not find the paper on which he had taken down my information. However, he did still come to my house on that day at the time agreed upon.
The crew of 4 men came within 15 minutes of the scheduled time. I was told it might take more than 4 man hours to get the job done. I agreed to no more than 1 additional man hour and gave a priority to what needed to be done. They do to work fairly quickly and did an OK job on the windows. The supervisor seemed to be spending a lot of time checking on his guys and I almost felt like my home was being used as on the job training. The outside of the windows had streaks, so he instructed his washer to go back and fix that and explained to him what he was doing wrong. The last window done was the one I told the supervisor was the #1 priority.
The supervisor seemed very concerned about pleasing me, which I appreciated. However, the work was OK, but not perfect. They missed a window on a back door on the outside, which I only noticed after they left. Although they worked hard while they were here, I didn't feel like they worked as efficiently as could have been done.
Recommended to a neighbor that they look elsewhere.
