All the great reviews are true! Mike called me the same day, came out to give me a quote and did the job all within a week. His price was reasonable compared to others that were outrageous. What I really appreciated was his employees were courteous and respected my home by replacing items they moved and cleaned up before they left. I will definitely use them again.

The large removal companies, as well as some other local companies, charge a fortune. Mark told me what the price was upfront and honored it. He and his helper were friendly, courteous and considerate of me and my home as they moved the items. I recommend The Junk Genie and would use Mark's company again.

His prices are very affordable, much less than other services, and he takes everything- clothing to be donated, furniture, junk, and garbage. He's personable, punctual, friendly and professional. He was very careful with my stuff and my house/surroundings. I would and will use him again, and would recommend him to anyone.

I left a message which was returned within 24 hours. On the day of the service, they arrived at the designated time, and completed the job within one half hour. The price was exactly as quoted on the phone. I was very satisfied with the service.

They were very good and thorough. They went into our garage and took everything out of our garage. They came early in the morning and did what they said would do. They were here when they said they would be. We took out what we wanted to keep and they hauled off the rest. I had no problem with them. I was very impressed with them. They asked me a couple of times if I was sure I wanted to get rid of some things. I would not hesitate to use them again.

It went quickly and efficiently. The crew arrived early in the morning and went to work right away. The whole process took less than two hours. Aside from greeting them, and paying at the end, I didn't have to be involved with any aspect of the job.

They weren't as satisfactory as I would like. The issue with them is that they do price proposals based on what they believe will be the balance between what they have to haul to the landfill and stuff they can sell. There has to be a lot of clarity over what is being removed before they come and what is not. It can be a minute by minute negotiation. If someone comes in and decides they want to take it home then they can change the price because they had planned to sell it. It was probably my fault as much as theirs in terms of whether it was a comfortable transaction. They were supposed to come back and get some cans of dried up paint, I could have called them and held them to it but at that point I decided to let it go and handle it myself.

He was a very good hard worker. It turned out to be a 2-day job. The experience was good. He did a fine job. He put some things up on the rafters. I had told him to put the beach umbrellas down on the shelf and somehow the main one we use was put up on the rafters. My husband had to climb up to get it and he reached which he is not supposed to do and he lost his balance. It was not really his fault; it just kind of happened but I would definitely use the man again.

Mike and his assistant were on time and worked quickly and quietly. They did the inside work first, which was nice because my yard was wet and they didn't have to track mud back into the house. The job went smoothly - I was worried about banged walls, but there were no problems whatsoever.
