Terrible! I paid almost $10,000.00 for one of their hot tubs. 2 1/2 years later the motor is failing. We have called multiple times to have someone come out and fix it and were put off repeatedly by the staff telling us to take the filter out for a few days, etc. and wait for this and that and finally told it would be 12 days before they could send out a repairman! This is in November when the temperatures are dropping into the 20's at night. This is after agreeing that the spa is still under warranty. This was told to us after several previous phone calls. I offered to pay to get something done sooner (filter sent in) and they still could not help us any sooner. The repairman I spoke to was glib and insulting and I could not get anything done to have this repaired any sooner. I may lose the tub altogether and my only alternative is to use a local repairman and spend $700.00 for a new motor plus repairs. This is an unacceptable situation and because of their inability to have enough repairmen ( which tells me a great deal about their products) I may lose the tub altogether. I suggest strongly you do NOT buy a product from this company.

One month after purchasing my fireplace from Spa Hearth and Home, the unit stopped functioning.   We called the store for help trouble shooting, and they advised that the best way to troubleshoot would be to have their installer inspect the unit.
The serviceman Mark was punctual and extremely helpful.  However, upon leaving he presented me with a bill for his time, despite the fact that the store told me that the service call would be free of charge.  I called the store who then claimed that the problem was not due to a malfunction of the unit, but rather due to the fact that there was dust in the unit.  They claimed they told me that if the problem was not due to a malfunction, we would have to pay the service fee.  This was definitely not true, because if that were the case, we would have asked to have assistance trouble shooting over the phone.  They offered to reduce the fee from $138 to $100 but insisted that I had to pay.  
I did pay the bill, but would never buy anything from this store again and would not recommend.  They were very nice and responsive before I bought the unit, but once they had my money they were not as quick to return calls.

Purchased a new hot tub from them. They were pleasant to deal with and delivered the hot tub on time.

They have good prices and service. They are responsive and professional. I will continue to use them in the future.

They came out really quickly and did what we asked them to do which was to close the pool appropriately. Their professionalism, their service, and their clean-up were fine.
