+ -1 moreThe first thing that happened was that Lanigan & co broke 2-12"x12" irreplaceable imported Chinese garden tiles saying they were broken before. I told him that was not so where upon he quite violently accused me of calling him a liar. The brick was sloppy & unsightly. The iron railing are more wobbly than before. They were sloppily sanded, but not enough & the black paint I provided (was also splashed on the steps) makes the railings look bumpy all over. Then the remaining bricks & cement were dumped willy nilly in a corner of the yard; debris & cigarette butts were not picked up. The grass is disappearing although it was conscientiously waterered am & pm as per Hanigan instructions. (Huge H2O bill, too).
Description of Work: Landscaper (Lanigan) removed all grass (45'x50' sq. ft.) & replaced with sod. Reconnected a few loose bricks in front steps & added cement to base of wrought iron railing posts & painted the railings.
