Workers seldom arrived before 11:00 and would then stay very late - once until 10:45 P.M. Their English was very limited, and so communication was at best difficult, and sometimes non-existent. They would frequently stop work and leave, without saying where they were going or if they would be back. Twice they were no-shows when they had said they were coming. While the cabinetry work was beautifully done, the tile work was sub-par, and I had it torn out and done again by someone else. If all you want is the cabinetry, which I must say was very well priced in comparison to others who gave me estimates, and you can put up with the unpredictable work schedule and language difficulty, then this contractor might work out for you.
