The experience was good because they got me in and out. I continue them because they are convenient.

Much better than one would expect. Salesman and the entire team at the dealership where easy to work with and really respected the customer. They exceeded my expectations and delivered everything as promised. An enjoyable experience for me, since I go prepared and bargain hard. Easiest car buying experience I have had.

They did an outstanding job on all repairs...the car ran like new when I picked it up. I had a small transmission problem that would have cost another $1200.00 to fix and after careful consideration decided it was too much to put into my 10 year old car. The mechanic who did the work came out to patiently explain the problem to me and the required fix and even took a 20 minute test drive with me to carefully check it out. He said it was a problem that would not likely get worse and that if I could live with it the car would be fine for several more years without doing the repair. I made the choice to save my money and not do the repair. The service writer could have said it was a mandatory repair and gotten the extra repair job but instead they chose to be honest with me and encouraged me to save my money for now. I really appreciated their honesty and sincere efforts to save me money whenever possible.

I was so satisfied with their service that I continued to have my car serviced there. I have taken my car to other dealers where I have to make appointments, and even then it could take quite a while to get the service done. But here, they have a service called Quick Clean, where I can bring my car in anytime without an appointment. With the odd kind of work schedule that I have, it really helps a lot, and when I take my car in, they handle the car pretty quickly. They also offer discount coupons.

They are very good, and patient with listening. They are responsive in terms of calling back and following up. They were very concerned about customer satisfaction. Their service department is excellent. They do come across as being pushy and rude in the car sales division. I'm not very happy with the car sales portion of the business. The service department is customer friendly. They do provide shuttle service to get you home if your car is going to be in for any length of time.

I have a 2002 Lincoln and they keep it running beautifully. I've been using their services for a very long time; at least 15-20 years. The mechanics do a complete repair service whenever I bring the car in, so I never have to about getting stuck somewhere. They make sure that that doesn't ever happen to me. They're very thorough in their service department. I feel that they are honest as well. I'm happy with their services.
