I called the Toyota dealer and they said the windshied would cost $2,000 or more and the service guy told me they get their windshields done at Ed and Sons. I called and got an appointment for 8:30 and was out of there by 10:45. I travel the NJ Turnpike often and since they are adding new lanes, there is all this junk on the highway. That is why I had my windshield replaced twicen this winter.

The crack/hole is still evident when you look at the windshield.

Ed and Sons replaced my broken windshield. They gave me a quote and a choice of days to have the work done. The work was done professionally and on time and at the quoted price. Excellent service. I like to use local businesses instead of the big chains when I can, to keep the money in the local economy. Oh, and they were a little less then the national chain.

I dropped it off when they asked for it and it was ready when they said it would be. The job was done quickly and correctly. Replaced windshield on my vehicle - brought it in for estimate and was shocked to find that Ed and Sons was ready to schedule the work for the next day. It took longer to arrange a rental car for the day than it did for them to complete the work. I'd definitely hire them again,.
