I called the Toyota dealer and they said the windshied would cost $2,000 or more and the service guy told me they get their windshields done at Ed and Sons. I called and got an appointment for 8:30 and was out of there by 10:45.
I travel the NJ Turnpike often and since they are adding new lanes, there is all this junk on the highway. That is why I had my windshield replaced twicen this winter.

The crack/hole is still evident when you look at the windshield.

Ed and Sons replaced my broken windshield. They gave me a quote and a choice of days to have the work done. The work was done professionally and on time and at the quoted price. Excellent service. I like to use local businesses instead of the big chains when I can, to keep the money in the local economy. Oh, and they were a little less then the national chain.

I needed to replace the windshield on my son's vehicle and got an online estimate from a big national company. It seemed high and kept climbing the further I dug in to the details. So I called Ed and Sons for a price. After a couple of questions, the gave me a much more reasonable price of about 280. I dropped it off when they asked for it and it was ready when they said it would be. The job was done quickly and correctly. No leaks, no problems, no need to bring it back.

Replaced windshield on my vehicle - brought it in for estimate and was shocked to find that Ed and Sons was ready to schedule the work for the next day. It took longer to arrange a rental car for the day than it did for them to complete the work. I'd definitely hire them again,.
