 + -1 moreIt went well, very professional. The unit serviced was a very old (20 year) central Lennox air conditioner - the fluid was low. He said a fitting was broken, it could either be replaced or they could just crimp and perhaps get another year from the unit (we got 2, until fall of 2011). This was a good solution, as repairing a system that old would not make economic sense. This is a small business, and the people are very friendly and easy to work with. I am having them bid on the entire unit this year for replacement. My neighbors also use them and are very impressed.
