I was appalled by the lack of professionalism in their service. They provided the service which I asked for but left my yard a complete mess. Instead of properly cleaning up, they blew the debris throughout the yard along with recycling debris that they spilled. To this day, I'm still finding paper recycling throughout the bushes. I was shocked that they not only left the tree debris but their own trash for me to pick up. We offered them bottled water while they worked due to the heat. They left by leaving the bottles throughout the yard and when they were resting, they were to lazy to remove the covers on my patio chairs. They sat on them and making several large tears in the covers. I now have to replace them! This will be the last time that I use them for any service.

They actually took some down to the ground and did the stumps and others they just trimmed them. I have a lot of matured trees. They are reasonable and do a good job. The only problem I had was I had a cold because of some kind of breakdown and they were coming only the next day. I had to call them a couple of times to remind them.
