This was the second time I hired JMA to cut down some trees and bushes for me. Very professional and punctual. They also cleaned up my yard and hosed down my driveway. They even took the big branches that had fallen in my yard from a storm. Joe was great and would hire him again without hesitation.

Service went well. Technician arrived on time, explained the process.

They made an error before, but the contractor come back and fixed it for free.

He did a great job with my roof. He fixed any issues that were there. He was very thorough and sincere. I would hire him again.

Joe called Sunday evening to schedule (most contractors don't bother to call on weekends), and came to our house on Tuesday, as scheduled.  He inspected the roof, made several minor repairs, and one not-so-minor repair!  I also asked him for estimates on replacing the roof on our garage and on the older section of our home, and he took measurements and wrote up the estimates while he was here.  His estimates were very reasonable, and we will definitely contract Joe in the future.  He was so nice, very honest, efficient, and such a gentleman-- I wish all contractors were like him!

Owner of company came and gave estimate to trim tree on 9/28/2014. Said he would come back on Saturday to trim tree. It rained. I did not him from him but figured it was raining and he would call to reschedule. Another week went by and I did not hear from him. On the third week after that rainy Saturday, he called and asked if the job could be done any day but a Saturday. Because the tree is in the yard and I work Monday through Friday, I said no. he said he would see what he could do. Another week goes by and I do not hear from him. The date is 10/28/2014. I call and ask if he is still going to do the job or should I just ask for a refund? The owner told me he was unhappy with the Angie's List big deal and was not getting paid for other Angie's List customers jobs that were complete and would not be doing any more work for them. He would not be performing the job of trimming my tree. I called Angie's List and spoke with Shelby. Very nice person who said she would begin the refund process for me.

They were great! The price was great and they cleaned up everything. I would recommend them highly.

They showed up on time.  They were beyond couteous.  They cleaned up their mess.  If someone wants an efficient job completed in a timely manner, call JMA.

Perfectly. This is the second time we have used them, and it's obvious that they know what they are doing.  Joe (Jose), the owner, is friendly, easy to work with, and obviously very experienced.  We were impressed that they took the time to temporarily remove several sections of fence that might have been damaged as they took down the damaged tree.  Also, given that some of the trimming work I wanted done was "subjective", Jose insisted that I be here when they did the work to make sure that it was to my satisfaction.

The team was at my house on time on the scheduled day  and everything when smoothly according to my requirements. They removed all debris, mulched the cut branches and cleaned my back yard thoroughly. Upon the boss demand they even remove debris I left from previous cleaning by myself. The boss came later on to review with me the job and to pick up the logs from the cut trees.I am very satisfied with this company.
