We had others giving estimates for a new unit. We didn't need a new unit at that time and he kept it going for a few more years. It did get to a point when he said you need to upgrade. We believed him since he had kept the older unit running for as long as he could. If he says you need a new one, believe him. Very honest and fair with pricing. Any issues, he is very responsive.

It's refreshing to find a serviceman who is not only prompt in showing up for an appointment, but HONEST! Jim O'Reilly's HVAC service is TOP NOTCH quality. We're relieved to finally have cool air in our house again during this heatwave!!!

It went great. He is very knowledgeable, reliable and professional. He is also reasonably priced and determined to provide excellent service. Adjustments were made to the equipment in order for them to run at their highest efficiency.
