They quoted the repair cost and negotiated a lower cost with my insurer. When I dropped the car off in the evening I left a note concerning some front bumper damage that I had forgotten to review with them. They took my note to mean I wanted this additional work done and proceeded to do it without calling me. It added hundreds to the final cost.
The new paint on the bumpers was only a fair match to the rest of the car.
