services were fine, however pricing was not clear and i felt overcharged (over $400) for work that took less than one hour to complete. i solely called them based on their angieslist review, thus i felt compelled to provide my review for others looking for locksmith services.

Bill, the owner, arrived on time and was very pleasant to do business with. He addressed all my questions and concerns and explained things in a way I could understand. No sales pitch, just doing the job right. He quoted me $135 on the phone to get the 2 locks re-keyed and that's what it was for that work. No surprises. I told him I would need 3 copies of the new key and he threw in a fourth. Also, when I tried to tip him he refused to accept it even as I tried to insist because I really appreciated his work ethic. I would definitely recommend and be sure to use again.

They were very flexible with the timing. He made sure I understood everything. He was very positive and nice.

They called to let me know that they were on their way and arrived on time. The person they sent indicated that he may be able to correct the issue with the old lock and not need to replace it. He tried but, could make it work and unfortunately the locks he had on board were all brass and didn't fit the other hardware. He called the company and they sent out the owner, who tried to fit the old outer lock face, to maintain the look with newer inner works. It wasn't viable, but keeping with good craftsmanship and skill the owner had an alternative that worked out great. He used considerable skill / experience to accomplish the final successful outcome. Well done job with professional and courteous service. Would definitely use their services again

I have used them twice, and they are amazing. He responded right away. The second time around was an emergency situation. He wasn't trying to make a sale, he worked around what I could. I really like him, and I have his telephone number, and recommend him to everybody. I think his prices are very reasonable.

Gave me a first available because it was the front door. He was friendly to the kids. Explained things to my wife thoroughly. Lock feels secure.

Armour Lock did a nice job. I was able to get an estimate over the phone and when I decided to go with their quote, they came the next day. They were on time and done quickly. The price ended up being under the estimate. Bill is very personable and professional. Would definitely use again.

Locksmith did an outstanding job. He was on-time, quick and courteous. I was quite pleased with the work.

Armour quoted an alternative hardware which would have worked and been less expensive (and was eventually discontinued). We shifted to another set of hardware. They waited patiently for condominium board approval. Once approved, hardware was ordered, date to install was set and installation was timely and professional.

He saved me money by not replacing the locks.  So I didn’t need to buy locks; he just rekeyed all the locks.

He did really really good. He took care of what we needed to have done quickly and it went really well. He explained everything very carefully and I think the price was reasonable with exceptional work. I called him one day he came the next and I will use him again in the future if I needed to.

My husband was changing the lock on the front door and came across a screw that would not budge. We called Bill to finish the work, he was very professional and kind and arrived within 30 minutes. He had a great attitude, educated us on the different options, and his work was very good quality. At one point the the component that came with the lock we had purchased wouldn't work with the door. He had plenty of spare parts in his truck and was able to get it done. We would definitely use him again and would absolutely recommend him.
