Bob came to fix the fireplace and he did fix the problem but unfortunately the problem reoccurred and the fireplace was out of service again. Like he stated if there were any problems call him back. So, we called him right back and he said that I’ll get back to you. After 8 follow up phone calls there was no response from Bob. I’ll never use this place again for any services.

Overall experience was great. The Pilot in our Gas Fireplace did not turn on as we had not used the fireplace for 2 years. Steve came in the same day, cleaned and serviced our fireplace and got it working. Steve was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend
