I've used Integrity Carpet Care three times so far. I first used them for our vacation home, and was so impressed I used them again for my home and my mother-in-laws. The carpets in our vacation home were really bad from a summer of many people and much dirt. I had used other services, but the stains came back. Cooley got all the stains out and they never came back. I called them for our basement. We thought we would need to replace the carpet, but Cooley got it so clean that we didn't need to replace it. You know I trust them if I used them for my mother-in-laws. They are very friendly, professional, and reasonable. I will call them soon for my spring cleaning.

They did a great job. The woman that came had her son working with her, and they were very particular workers and did a great job. My wife was very pleased with the end products.

They are good. They are a little more expensive, but I think they are worth it. They are very professional. They ask for a lot of details about what exactly we want so that they can provide options like dry steam versus regular wet steam cleaning. They want to know specific square footage. It is not a flat pricing. When they arrive they want to know specifics about what the stain is so that they know how to get the stain out, which makes a lot of sense. They really try to get the stain out instead of just doing it and getting it over with. We have been doing it ourselves because it's cheaper, but it doesn't work as well. They are more expensive but you get what you pay for.
