AMERICAN LEAK DETECTION - SOUTH NEW JERSEY

I have been feeling like a crazy person for a year and a half. I had a leak in my pool, but was always assured that there was no problem - or the minor issues (leaky valve - that was replaced), was the issue. I finally called American Leak Detection because I was at my wits end. I was certain I was losing water and that the leak had steadily gotten worse over time. I had avoided them for a few months because the cost - just for detection, was $425 and I was assuming repairs might be $1000 on top of that if I needed lines dug up in the yard. (I was pretty sure it wasn't my liner I had put in last year.) Frank DiJoseph came out and was on time and professional. He spent 3 hours checking all the lines, diving and doing dye tests around every inch of the pool. He didn't find anything, but asked me to do a bucket test to see if I was still losing water and promised to return if I was. I convinced myself I must have been imagining the water loss and did the bucket test anyway. Sure enough, I was still losing water. I called Frank and as promised he returned and did another thorough inspection with some added equipment, but after 2 hours he finally located cracks in the light housing and repaired them on the spot for no extra charge. He was more determined to find the leak and repair it than any of the pool companies I'd had out over the last year and a half, and by far the most professional. Each time he came out, I received a detailed report of everything he checked and minor issues he noted with my pool. He did everything promised and more. (the repair was not part of the contract) Highly recommend this branch of American Leak Detection.
