Had a small leak in my hot water baseboard heat into the crawl space for a couple of months. Called Mike at DEP and was totally satisfied. He called back promptly. Came right to the home to review and give an estimate. Thoroughly explained what they would do. We agreed and his crew came in 2 days later. They were very professional (including all Covid precautions which is probably typical in their everyday business). They worked quickly and were very neat leaving behind just one bag of wet insulation that I had missed when I removed the rest. I didnâ t have to do any further clean-up. Great crew and great company. I highly recommend them.

He did a GREAT JOB that successfully remediated our mold, when he said he'd do it, for a very fair & reasonable price. We were 100% satisfied and happily and heartily recommend him & his company. He is licensed for the chemicals that proved to do the job, and was extremely professional. Background: We owned the house for 30 yrs - first time a mold issue. We got contacted in response to our HomeAdvisor inquiry and called back when he said he would - we set a date & time & he arrived for evaluation & estimate on time - offered options available given the specifics he observed - emailed the proposal with estimate with specifics that he described when we met. Did not try to hard sell - gave us time to consider options (which included hearing from other potential contractors) - was responsive when he heard back from us, and arranged for an appointment that aligned with our schedules to perform the work, and followed it up with a Certificate of Completion. Important consideration - he DID NOT try to over-scope the job or scare me into buying more than I needed (we all know mold can be scary). Definitely Recommend DEP!
