Carpet Installation
Well you really are proactive. You go in. You pick your carpet, they tell you how much it’s going to be and they send somebody to measure. Then they may send you an installer I mean you know your navigating yourself through the whole thing. The installation was fine. The house was empty. There was no furniture here. So the guy came in, laid the carpet, you know it’s so easy when you have nothing in here. it’s not really a big problem. I've have had no problems with it. I think it's a B all the way around. I probably would not call them again. It wasn't the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. It's just OK. You’re dealing with a big store. They've got lot of customers.

I had a good experience with Lowe's Home Improvement - Manchester. It was good quality and a good installer. Everything went perfect with them. I couldn't be happier.
