Arrived at appts. on time and did a good job but they seemed to rush to get to their next appt. Noticed minor problems that they didn't check before leaving that I was unhappy with. However they were resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. I would recommend that you inspect their work in detail before releasing them. They do care about making you happy but it's just annoying to have to get them back for something that should have been done properly to begin with. Overall good job and I would use them again.

Joshua Marks was the salesman and Leo was the installer. They were both excellent. Josh went the extra mile and came during the installation to assist with a special circumstance for me. There were some hiccups but Josh stayed on top of them and communicated constantly. Leo and his crew were thorough, careful and quick. I'm very happy with my new hardwood floor.

Workers wanted to install the new flooring over the old, which was not appropriate & not what the contract stated. I had to spend an hour on the phone with management to resolve this. Workers were careless! They broke something in my home alarm system, pulled a kitchen cabinet away from the wall, cracked a piece of door saddle outside of my bathroom, created a stain with cement outside in front of my entrance steps, made dents in my kitchen walls. They sawed IN my house although it was a beautiful day & they could have sawed outside; sawdust was on EVERYTHING in my house! 3 days of headaches!!

The two installers showed up right on time, worked very hard and completed the installing of laminate wood floors in my living room, dining room and long hallway in only six hours, having done an excellent job.

Salesman did not evaluate the job properly. When installers dropped off tile, they informed me that I needed to have work done at back door. I found a contractor to made the alterations. I had not anticipated another $150.00 cost. Job required 2 visits to finish, as salesman did not order the right amount of tiles. Overall quality of job is good. Clean up by installers fair, they left glue reside in powder room sink that took my wife over an hour to remove. This company was the highest price of all who quoted. They were chosen because we like the tile they offered.
