They gave me a very specific estimate and payment timetable in writing. The salesman, 'Ted," gave me the initial estimate and also checked to make sure he has a grasp of the materials needed and job a couple times when the job was started. He was available by cell phone and called back quickly . They completed each stage of the job in a timely manner and used eco-friendly, good quality insulation. They did a great job on both the insulation and drywall. They also spackled any imperfections they spotted. I would definitely use them again. I think they mostly work with contractors rather than homeowners, but are open to both. I am somewhere in between. They seem very flexible. Also, real contractors tend to have have trash bins for drywall scraps and workers to clean up before they put the flooring down. I was able to shopvavc and wash down the floors (sheet vinyl with primer-sealer on them) pretty easily, but if I have them do ceilings over finished wood flooring, I will talk with them about how to protect the floors.
Description of Work: The old ceiling had already been removed. I had them insulate and sheetrock 4 ceilings (about 500 sf) and some walls (about 300 sf). They also patched many parts of the existing walls. Their price was a little higher than some others, but seemed reasonable enough.
