The job was finished on time without hassle with a quality unit. Keith Walsh quickly provided paperwork needed by the homeowners insurance company documenting that the old, faulty boiler had been replaced with a new unit by a licensed plumbing and heating contractor.

They sent someone later in the day that I called, because the main water shutoff valve is pretty significant. The plumber, Jeff, checked to see if it could be fixed first. When it couldn't, he contacted the town to mark the water valve in the street, so he could isolate the inside valve. He came back the next day after they'd marked the street valve, and replaced the leaking valve.

I have come to really trust the work that this plumber does. They are efficient and very cost effective. I have never had a problem getting them out to the house and they always cleaned up well after they are done.
