I got two estimates and went with the other electrician. G&H was very nice, but the other electrician's office worked with me several times to make updates to the services I wanted and I just liked working with them better.

I appreciated how quickly G & H could come to do the job, because I only found out that the new dishwashers required plug-in outlets, rather than being hard-wired, 2 days before mine was to be delivered & installed. I also appreciated that when the electrician looked at the existing wiring, he told me that the way things had been wired before, an under-cabinet light being out might affect other things on the circuit .. so he corrected the situation.

Went very smoothly; boss Martin Gerber came early with his electrician early, to go over all the jobs with him. We'd gone over them a few days prior to that. No complications, everything cleaned up afterward. When I went over the washer/dryer job with Martin .. a recent installation by another contractor .. I appreciated that he said that it should really have been a 20 amp rather than 15 amp circuit, and upgraded the installation.

Very smoothly. We talked about the project ahead of time; I ordered the TV myself. They had no problem with me ordering anything else on my own, if I thought I could get a better price. We discussed various options & the cost impact. Martin coordinated everything, having extra people over just to mount the large TV.

Very smoothly. I reviewed the locations I wanted all the outlets, and they were put in neatly. In the course of things, I mentioned that the house had speakers all over, and a bunch of unidentified wires coming out of the wall in the great room, and Martin said they set up home theater systems too. He made clear that they'd work with whatever equipment a person already had, unlike some places that try to talk customers into buying all new equipment, citing "compatability issues".
