James of Extreme Service was super responsive despite the tremendous pressure he was under with all the calls for help he was getting following a storm that dumped 7” of rain in a 4 hour period. He arrived during the flood incident, jumped into action preventing further damage in our basement. His advice going forward was spot on and his price was more than reasonable considering how hard he worked. I really appreciated his great service.
