Work was as promised and efficiently performed. A leak was identified in the crawl space and the section was left open until we had the leak repaired. A follow up to complete the project was done with no extra charge

Project went well. I am very pleased with the work. I was provided with before and after photos and they brought to my attention that our dryer vent hose was damaged ; so that was replaced as well. I was happy to get this project completed. They were very professional and courteous

They were excellent, came when they said they would and cleaned everything up. They were very professional and kept us informed about everything that was happening.

Just wanted to let you know what a good job you did. Finally had time to take a good look under the house. Even though I reviewed the report, I was really impressed with what I saw once I got down there. Wow. The furnace guy had to do his annual maintenance and was really thankful! We both talked about how nice and clean everything was. My mom is really happy with it, too. She was sad her knees don't let her get down into it. I think she wanted to crawl around. I really appreciate your guys try their best to keep their work quiet while I worked at home and sat on conference calls. That was really helpful. They were really nice and made sure to work clean by taking away whatever they found. Even my dog liked them. Also, thanks for answering all of my phone calls so quickly and being so communicative about the process. While we had very little to clean with regards to any mold, all the wood work down there is very clean now. No more moldy smells coming from the AC vents!! So thankful for that. Very well. We needed NJNG to relocate meter, and Crawlspace Solitions waited to change out last vent until they were done, about a month later for no additional cost.

Jim responded quickly. He assessed the damage immediately. He was very reassuring that there was no significant mold damage. He took pictures to show us the damage, and provided before and after pics once the work was completed. He scheduled the work quickly, and the men were very professional. They had to replace all of the insulation in the crawl space, put a new vapor barrier down, insulated the pipes under the house, and gave additional ideas how to better insulate the crawl space. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Does not get better than crawlspace solutions. The owner of the company, Jimmy, inspects your space and tailors a custom corrective action plan based on what is needed. It is not every day you find a quality, honest, and professional company like crawlspace solutions. Very pleased with the work. Looking forward to recommending them to all of my family and friends.

EXCELLENT!

Jimmy returned my call within an hour and inspected the crawlspace the next day. He recommended debris removal, treating and re-insulating but no sump pump, although it would have been a much larger job if it was included. I respect his honesty. He scheduled the work for two weeks out during which time we experienced a sewer leak that needed emergency treatment before the plumbers would enter. Jimmy's people cleaned the space for the plumbers within 24 hours notice and completed the job the following week. I highly recommend them.
