AMAZING! GREAT JOB! About a third of the siding panels were ripped off the side of my house during heavy winds. Mike responded quickly to my request for a quote. One of the panels was damaged and the job was difficult due to the slope of the property and height of the job to reattach the panels. Mike was very honest by telling me that a new siding panel would not match perfectly and would stick out. Although that may have been an easier job, Mike suggested that he could take a panel from the back of the chimney and use it in the visible area. He repaired the damaged panel to make it watertight and placed it in the area that isn’t visible. It looks like nothing ever happened! Other companies that I received a quote from never made the same suggestion. They just wanted to replace the siding which would have looked terrible. Thank you Mike. I look forward to working with you again!

I wanted to wait to review the company until I was sure the roof would last. Boy, time flies. Great job. Punctual and all the debris was removed. 4 years later, roof still looks great. Would highly recommend.

ALL ASPECTS OF THE WORK WERE DONE PROFESSIONALLY AND MY ALL MY DEALINGS WITH WEATHERGUARD WERE POSITIVE.

This project was for a re-roof of a townhouse, where two layers of old shingles had to be removed before the new GAF Timberline architectural roof shingles (color and brand of roof shingle determined by my HOA) could be installed. I had also purchased two 14-in. Velux flat glass Sun Tunnel skylights which Mike installed himself. One of the skylights was going from the roof through my attic to a 2nd floor landing that 3 bedrooms and the main bath opened out onto; there was an existing overhead light at the top of the stairs that would have been very close to the indoor ceiling diffuser part of the skylight. I purchased a light kit that Mike installed when he put in that skylight. When it gets dark, I turn on that light (in the sun tunnel right above the ceiling diffuser) using the same wall switch as before for the overhead light. I had had a non-functioning attic fan. When that was removed, Mike was able to use that hole to install one of the tubular skylights. He installed a new attic fan a few feet away. The new attic fan was enough of an improvement that two passive in-roof vents were no longer needed and were roofed over. Shortly after this re-roof, I had 20 solar panels installed and removing the in-roof vents simplified that installation. The new roof shingles look significantly better than the old ones and the two skylights bring in much-needed natural light into the kitchen and upstairs landing. I should also mention that the gutter at the back of the house had become detached. The roofing crew were able to hammer it back into shape and re-attach it. We also appreciated that the leaf guards we had on the first floor gutters were removed and then re-installed. We're very happy with results of this project and highly recommend Weatherguard.

I was so pleased with Mike and the crew at Weatherguard Home Services. Within 2 days of my call, Mike stopped by the house to prepare an estimate. The quote was within a few hundred dollars of the other quotes I received so price. Mike was very responsive and was able to schedule the job quickly. The work was of excellent quality. We had gutter guards on the house already but needed to replace everything because we changed our siding and fascia. Weatherguard did a much better job installing these gutter guards than the previous contractor did. I highly recommend them!

Robert showed up on time with the crew every day and did a great job, from removing the old siding, windows and door to installation and final cleanup. My house looks fantastic and my friends and neighbors are amazed at the improvements to my home !

We hired Mike to put a new roof, gutters, fascia and soffits on our home. From the initial visit to give us an estimate through the completion of the job, we were extremely satisfied. The job was handled very professionally. Mike always answered our questions and returned our phone calls. He let us know when they would be here or if they had to postpone due to weather. We felt very comfortable leaving the job to him and to his project manager, Robert, who oversaw the entire job. They were both very knowledgeable and concerned that the job get done right. We know we chose the right contractor for the job and we would gladly hire them again.

The owner is Mike and he is very nice. He was very honest. He came out for a minor job. I had called them previously then I called him back. It was a minor service but he did extra and it wasn't an astronomical price so it was very honest.

Michael Kaganek contacted me following my request for a cost proposal. He inspected the existing gutters and leaders the next day and provided a cost proposal via e-mail. We were satisfied with the cost proposal and scheduled the work. The job was completed in approximately 4 hours and was completed to our complete satisfaction. We highly recommend them and we would use their services again without hesitation.

I had a great experience, I called Mike and he came to look at the house the next day and since it was all outdoor I didn't need to be there. a day or so after that he called and gave me a quote. My soffits were about a quarter of the way off and some squirrels made a home. I removed the squirrels and then they came and did the work the next day. Only took a few hours and they even fixed some siding that was loose since they were there. They cleaned everything up like they weren't even there.

Repairs fixed the problem, no more leaks in the roof.

The whole process was handled very professional and smoothly. After requesting an estimates over website, the very next day received a communication from the company and soon after it, a visit had been scheduled. Mike K. came as scheduled, was very professional, there were no rush, no pressure, provided very detailed explanation of choices and recommendations base on the installation conditions and my observations.

After a contract had been signed (very conveniently over emails), an expectation for an installation date were set. The work was done in a week from signing the contract. It was performed by a crew of 3 people and took a half day.

The installed gutters performs, after a number of heavy rains, outstandingly. There is a 2 year warranty.

I'm very satisfied with the process and the work done. Would recommend the company.

From the beginning Mike was professional and meticulous. His eye for detail and his way of ensuring that any job preformed was done not correctly, but perfectly was why my husband and I hired him and his crew for the siding job on our very old and problematic house. We knew in his hands the work preformed would be done correct and beautiful. When we returned to see the work each day we saw only perfection. We were moved by the attention to detail by Mike himself and his talented and professional crew. There is no one I would recommend more for any home construction work to be done. 

I first contacted Weatherguard a few years ago to replace an attic fan.  I was extremely pleased with Mike's price, professionalism and workmanship, that I recommended him to my sister for a roof replacement.  She was also very pleased with the price and quality of work provided.  I continued to contact MIke for other miscellaneous jobs - including a frustrating, sporadic window leak that he was able to fix.  I recently wanted to replace the broken and damaged asbestos shingles on the side of my house with insulated vinyl siding.  I again contacted Mike and he was able to install the type of siding I wanted at a very fair price.  His men arrived promptly on the scheduled day and they were able to complete both sides of the house in 2 days.  They did a great job and the new siding makes a big difference in the appearance of the house.  It will definitely make it easier to sell the house when the time comes.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Weatherguard to anyone needing roofing or vinyl siding work (and other similar jobs).

There were nails in the roof from the original builders.  Mike diagnosed the issue immediately and repaired it later that afternoon.  Mike also fixed other areas which were likely to cause leaks in the future.  Great job overall.

Excellent. Very professional on all aspects. All phone calls were answered promptly and service was everything that a consumer could ask for. The entire crew worked very hard and was respectful of my property and those of my neighbors. I also received a follow up call as we had several days of extreme wind and downpours.
