They came back and packed their truck and took it to storage on Monday. We won’t be moving until Probably the December timeframe. Then the move to Florida from New Jersey. I’m sure the move will be done completely just like the packing..very professional and a nice group of folks. I’ll follow up after our move but I’m sure the grade “A” will be theirs again. Thanks Sea Cure...you helped make a difficult task easy .

Better than expected. Quicker than estimated and I got a partial refund because the move was completed in less time than expected

Overall a very good experience and much, much better than moving yourself. The only headscratching thing though was the packers put our fine china in the same box as weights, as in weightlifting weights with the weights on top of the china, thankfully nothing broke. Other than that little snafu we saw as we unloaded later, we were more than impressed with the driver Alan and the loading and unloading crew, they did an amazing job and were very friendly and helpful, couldn't have been more happy with them. It was a little expensive but on par with other estimates we got, and we moved during the busy summer months which they said costs more than off season. I would say its definitely worth hiring movers and it frees you up to take care of other parts of a move, I would absolutely use them again.

We just received all of our belongings from Bekins (Sea Cure Moving) and I must say they were fabulous! From the time they arrived in Manalapan and packed us up, in the pouring rain I might add, to just yesterday when they arrived in Florida and unpacked us, they were completely efficient, professional, and caring. Sandy was our driver and she organized everything like a well oiled machine! I would absolutely recommend them for any moving needs you may have. Also, the price we paid was considerably less than other companies.

I interviewed 4 interstate moving companies and Ron, Jr. from Sea/Cure spent the most time of any assessing the weight and explaining all of the details. (I think he was at my house for 2 hours) He was not the most or the least expensive of the 4. Because of his attention to detail, I decided to book my move through them. Due to the quick sale of our home, we were in a temporary rental but had to be out by a certain date, thus necessitating putting all of our belongings in storage for a month. While an added cost, it did not affect the scheduling of the move-out. The only thing I had to follow-up on was requesting a fully signed copy of the contract which I received via fax. I don't remember the timing but I next received a call from Bekins corporate office, giving me the name and phone number of my move coordinator. For the actual move, I had to provide the first available move in date. I received a call on that first date that a the truck was on its way. About 8-9 days later the truck driver called inquiring about the possibility of driving the tractor trailer to our doorstep. Having no idea, I called the local Dept of Public Works and they assured me that the road could accommodate it. Since I had difficulty hearing the driver on his cell, I relayed this message to him via the corporate contact. The next day the Bekins truck was in front of my house. The driver (wish I could remember his name) was exceptional. I wanted all of the boxes placed in the garage. He had his crew line the boxes in rows with the inventory tags facing out. This was for their benefit if something was missing as well as ours for unpacking. The additional 2 man crew worked non-stop and we were unloaded within 3 hours. The only thing we did have to ask before they left was for them to assemble the bed frames. They did so after asking if the local movers had disassembled them, which we confirmed. When it was time to give final payment, the cost was actually lower than the original quote. As we unpacked, nothing was missing or broken. All in all a very satisfied customer. (BTW, no problem with insurance as other poster stated. Make sure you read your contract and indicate your preference in the correct place. They were very professional, courteous, went out of their way to please I couldn't find something and they stopped to help me find the item.before they started work they put protective covering on floors. So not to scratch anything. Protective covering on furniture. When they brought furniture to our new home They put felt pads on bottom of furniture. My husband and I were very happy with the movers. It was a long stress free day moving with this company.

The initial move and prep by the men on the truck was very good. Prior to them coming I asked about insurance, they told me I had to speak with the movers and they would right it up. When I spoke with the men late they said they didn't deal with insurance. I didnt know what to do so I signed the piece of paper. They had my stuff for around 3 weeks, then informed me they would deliver my furniture. However they told me at the office that I didn't take insurance and that the men didn't say anything. The damage to the furniture was not repaired. I received info that others had lost merchandise as well. I spoke to them on the phone and they said that I never signed up for the insurance properly and they are not responseble. They gave me $200 which is not a lot and they claimed they are not responsible. The movers were supposed to isntruct me where to sign and that never happened. Very poor communication between managemnt and their staff and mangement and clients. This leads to problems. There were several families furniture on the truck and they said others furniture might be mixed in with mine. I had made several calls to them in February and January and they said they would get back to me. Since I did not get insurance they only gave me $200 dollars. I still have all claim work with me.
