I am always pleased with their work.  They most recently installed a new pool liner and we ordered a new cover as well.

Very unprofessional service people. Leaving trash everywhere and in general no caring about my pool or property. Several time I was told I would have to spend a lot of money for repairs when it was laziness on the service persons end that I resolved in minutes.
The management people on the phone tried to be very helpful but there is no point hiring someone for a service you do not have time to do if you have to inspect their work and hold their hand to make it right.

I recently bought my house and had my pool opened this past Friday. I called Pools and Spa Monday to voice my disappointment about how my pool looked and that it was unswimmable. They wanted to charge me again to come out and look at it. I spoke to a Ryan yesterday and he assured me he would call me last night to help with my dirty and cloudy pool. Apparently it needed to be backwashed which he claimed they did it but it needed to be done again. Since I never heard from him I called twice today left messages but received no response. I had to reach out to another pool company for help in making my pool swimmable. I am angry, disappointed, and worst part feel Ripped off. They did not do anything to resolve my issue. My pool looks worse now than before it was opened. Unless they rectify this issue and make my pool swimmable I advise avoiding this company since in my experience they don't stand behind their work. I spent $650 and I have a dirty and cloudy pool and now need to re-hire someone fix this.

The service tech. was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail.  Although the hot tub was not able to get started due to weather, made sure everything was disconnected until the weather improves to come back and get it started up.  I would recommend them as they are very professional, prompt and knowledgeable .  When I spoke to the office they were very helpful and took care of arranging an appointment without any issues.  
I had used another company prior and the tech did not speak English and called someone on the phone to tell him what to do, he was not able to provide an answer as to the problem, this is the main reason I joined Angie's List and it was a good decision.  

The job came out very good. It got more expensive as we got further into it when it was very strongly suggested that I do additional work that was not in the original proposal. Looking back it was the right thing to do but at the time I felt between a rock and a hard place. Pools and Spas did stand by their work and addressed any concerns with honesty and made sure they were resolved. The owner is very hands on at the job site.

I had previously tried 3 times to find a contractor to fix the hot tub. One came and said he would get a needed part and never showed up again. Two made appointments and never came. I was ready to give up when I decided to give Pools & Spa a chance. They had some good reviews and so I contacted them. I explained to Kathy the problem and she put me on the schedule. The Service Tech Tom showed up on time and was very thorough in his analysis and explanation. He explained what he saw....what he knew he could fix....what it would cost...and what he could not determine until the spa was running. He was very open and honest in his assessment.  I agreed to moving forward with the repair. Tom....and later Brian...were here 3 times to repair the parts that 
needed replacement.(After getting the pump going it was determined that the manifold was also defective and needed to be replaced.) The hot tub now works great and I am completely happy with their performance.

Contacted via telephone and they were very courteous and patient as this was my first year with pool and am stressed out because of it.  Met with Chuck and discussed options and received a written estimate via e-mail. I had questions before I signed that were all handled over e-mail in less than a day .  Install crew did a nice job on the cover and closing. I will use them instead of my pool builder going forward.   

In addition to the above, I cannot compliment this company enough from the office staff, to Chuck the owner, and to all the technicians who have been at my house.  It's a parade of trucks and technicians who are determined to get my pool up and running.  They have me as a regular customer for everything concerning my pool.  Prices seem reasonable.  I am so glad I contacted Angie's List.  Good recommendation!!!   Barbara T from Manalapan

They do a great job.  They have great customer service and they do what they say they’re going to do when they say they’re going to do it.  Their fees are reasonable.

They are the greatest. I can't speak highly enough about them.
