The work was done properly and professionally. Everything was done well and they did an on site to my house and very reasonable price. Mower is working superbly after they fix it.

Responded to email and phone calls promptly.  Professional from start to finish.  Arrived on time. Knowledgeable and willing to take the time to explain things to me to my satisfaction.

Completely serviced push mower (long overdo), including oil change, spark plug, etc.  Also took apart engine to fix pull cord, including replacing other parts.

I also had an old push mower given to me, and asked what was needed to get it running.  It needed a lot of work, and I truly appreciated the honesty at how much it would cost, the parts and time involved, and the fact that it probably was not worth it.

A follow up was needed after I started using the pushmower, something simple, oil and gas got together causing smoke (I probably caused it by trying to change the blade myself and flipped the lawn mower).  They came back out free of charge to make sure it was running properly again.

I really appreciated the time taken, the honest and informed opinions, and the more than fair price. Will definitely use them again.

I called Jared on Monday 12/7/15 to check his availability for servicing my snowblower. It needed a tune up, along with removing a newspaper that got stuck in the auger/blade area the last time it was used. Since I do not have a vehicle that could get the machine to him, I'm glad he offers both pick up and delivery.
He was very professional, provided me with a quote to pick up, fix, and deliver the snow blower, and estimated he could have it back to me within a week.  With no bad weather forecasts coming up, the price and timeframe worked out fine.  Since I would not be home on the day he planned to pick it up, we agreed I would leave the snowblower in my backyard behind a gate. When I got home that evening, I was happy to see it picked up with no issues or delays. I received a call the next day that everything was completed and his initial quote only differed by the new skid plate feet that the machine needed

He arrived on time, and started work on the snowblower immediately.  All-in-all, the experience was efficient.  It took 45 minutes start-to-finish, including fixing the no-start condition, replacing the engine oil and the spark plug, and making adjustments to the auger drive belt and chute controls to improve their function.  The above price included both parts and labor.
