Crown Car Wash

I visited Crown Car Wash today as I have 2 times a month for the past several months.  My husband is also a regular customer.   I have in the past had young employees that have been very friendly and courteous.  Today I had the misfortune of dealing with the manager of the car wash.  I pulled up to enter the wash with a bill in my hand and was ready to inquire about the monthly unlimited car wash when the manager rudely said your not paying with that!   I was already aware that monthly service requires a credit card .   I just wanted to ask what the service includes .  I let his rudeness pass and went thru the wash.   When I went to vacuums the car, i put my dollar in to use the vacuum and it didn't work.  I went to the manager to make him aware of this and he never got out of the chair he was lounging in but proceeded to talk over me and told me the directions are clear and too bad i paid for air freshening not vacuuming .  He was so condescending and rude that i will never use this car wash again.   I hope the owner of this establishment reads this   I am not a complainer but I expect courteous service.  This definitely wasn't service with a smile!   I also noticed that grease from the wheel treatment splashed all over the side of my vehicle so that it looks as if it was never washed in the first place.   I spent a lot of money for nothing but aggravation!
