He knows a lot about his work and makes sure you're informed. Very friendly. He didn't check the outside of the property for entry points, which would have been preferable. Also placed bait without a bait box...so now the rodents are moving them around. Does not make for a good nights rest when you can hear them knock those things around in the middle of the night.

Dan contacted me through Home Advisor and he was courteous and professional. We set a time for him to come and remove a hornet's nest and discussed the price, which was quite reasonable. He came exactly when he said he would and the job was completed quickly and efficiently . I would definitely use him again - but I hope not to have another hornet's nest!!
