NEVER hire this contractor for landscaping. His company will only dump fill on your property, which doesn’t allow for drainage. Rain water WILL leak into your home because it sits above the foundation. The result: Over time, my home suffered more than $11,000 worth of damage from a rotting foundation, mold, mildew and termites. His shoddy work was totally improper and, when confronted, he outright refused to remedy the situation.
