If I could give a higher grade I would. I received several quotes and their price was fair and reasonable. KG was recommended to me from my realtor. Zach and his staff are neat and efficient. They use top grade products and their work is top notch. He was very patient with us as my husband and I did not have the same vision. They are true professionals and I will highly recommend them to everyone.

This company was very professional. They called me back with in a day of me inquiring about getting my bulkhead replaced. Ken was on top of everything and helped me through the whole process. The crew was very respectful and they worked in a timely manner. It came out exactly how I pictured it. I would recommend this company anytime.

The job started out great, the first half of the job looked really good.  Then it seemed like they started running out of time.  The last half or third of the work started to become spotty or rushed.  Instead of using through bolts on everything, they started to use lag bolts.  The landing was supposed to be 6ft. wide, when they were done it was only 4ft. by 4in. wide and the ramp was attached in the wrong place.  They even had the landing constructed partially on my neighbors property and they had to dismantle it and start over.

They were supposed to put cleats along the deck but they used the wrong ones so they had to take those out and start over.  They were even using the wrong bolt on those creating an even bigger mess.  The planks had to be removed and replaced as well because of this mistake.

At the end they did give me some of my money back because of the issues and they did attempt to correct the issues but some items had to be fixed by me.       

We were very happy with the work done.  He had some manners that might put you off but he really knew what he is doing.  We really did not have any issues.  He left everything just the way it was before it started.  Everything was done very well.
