Mr Ungar returned our call within 30 mins of my call to him. He came and offered a reasonable quote and made comittments He met all commitments, He even brought to our attention issues other contractors did not that required work. This was not work that he tried to add on to increase his fee but it was required work I had not thought of.
We ran into unexpected problems that added work. The adjustments to our price were reasonable. He cleaned up and his workmanship is excellent
